Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Cancellation 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped. You can only cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

In case, even a single product of the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.

To cancel your order please contact us at support@shopperdesire.com within 6 hour after ordering the product with your order details.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange product for a different one, then you can initiate a return request for the old product. Once the return is accepted, use the refunded amount to place an order for the new product.

Exchange is possible only within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are possible once for any given order.
