We process all the orders within 1-2 business day from the date of the order.

It usually takes your order to arrive within 4-5 days from the date of dispatching your order.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number and link so you can monitor its progress.

Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case of any defect just send us the image of the defective product at support@shopperdesire.com and we will replace the defective product with the new product.

We ship from our partnered warehouses across India. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

We send regular updates via email and sms regarding the product delivery.

You can only cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

To cancel your order please contact us at support@shopperdesire.com within 6 hour after ordering the product with your order details.

You can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery. Kindly note, if you receives a faulty or wrong product then only you can raise the return request.

If you had selected cash on delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.

For payments made via UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 2-4 business days from the time of order cancellation.

Your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing.

You can place an order from the anywhere in India subject to availability of our delivery on your postal code.

We are an online website being run by a team based in New Delhi. 

We accept multi forms of payments such as Cash on delivery, Credit/Debit cards, E-wallets, UPI, Net Banking, etc.

Yes, we offer COD all over India, the best part is we don't have any minimum order value for COD and it's FREE.

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option to place your order.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

If you need to change something on your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed your order.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. You can initiate a new return request, if item meets the return criteria and is within the specified return or exchange period.

All orders placed are dispatched through our own courier partners such as blue dart, delhivery, ekart etc.

Yes, shipping is free. We provide free shipping all over India on all our products.
