Return

You can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery. Kindly note, if you receives a faulty or wrong product then only you can raise the return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering with the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund

Your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
